Member Mortgage Services, Ltd. is committed to the providing of the highest quality, highly competitive mortgage lending products and services to all whom we are privileged to serve. Our mission is to partner with the nation's credit unions, and to mould our offerings to be consistent with the universal credit union philosophy of "People Helping People". With this in mind, we strive to accomplish three goals with our on-line offerings:

1. 1. To utilize our extensive knowledge and experience within the mortgage industry to deliver high levels of service to those credit union members we are fortunate to serve by way of our affiliation with client credit unions, at highly competitive pricing.
2. 2. To accomplish this goal in a manner that successfully integrates the mortgage process with the financial, philosophical and social goals of those credit unions in order to provide services that prove to be of great value to both the credit union and the member we are charged to serve.

To provide a service to non-members of credit unions who seek to benefit from MMS's program offerings, whereby the consumer is referred to a credit union he/she is eligible to join, in order to help as many people as possible to take advantage of the financial and social benefits of credit union membership.

We believe that the confidentiality and protection of our clients, both corporate and individual, is a fundamental responsibility, therefore we view the safekeeping of client information a priority.

We collect information from you only when we reasonably believe that it is a necessity in order to facilitate the business we conduct with you, such as the delivery of products or services. We use information we collect from you to comply with certain laws and regulations, to help us design or improve our web services in order to give you more of what you wish from it, to understand your financial needs in order to better serve you, and to create statistical or demographic information which helps us to focus our efforts on those areas of interest to the majority of our site's users.

We strive to maintain accurate and complete information about you. Should you ever believe that our records are inaccurate in any way, please notify us. We will immediately investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies that exist.

Only MMS employees who have a need to access your personal information for business reasons are allowed to do so. Your rights to privacy and confidentiality are reviewed with MMS employees regularly. Any MMS employee in violation of this policy is subject to disciplinary action.

Your use of our web site's "Quick App", for the purpose of applying for a mortgage loan, serves as your authorization to share certain critical information with third parties only as is necessary in order to facilitate your loan. These may include, but are not necessarily limited to credit reporting agencies, authorized appraisers, title companies and their agents, authorized home inspectors, data processors, etc. MMS never shares your information with outside agencies not affiliated with MMS or your credit union for the purpose of marketing any financial or non-financial products or services.

While MMS does conduct business with third parties in the process of completing our functions on your behalf, those third parties are required to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personal consumer information provided to them.

We use industry-standard SSL authentication provided by Verisign, Inc. to guarantee the confidentiality and privacy of online transactions through our site. SSL authentication and encryption (scrambling) ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe from third-party interception. We display the Verisign Secure Site logo on all areas of our site that use SSL protection.

By using our Web site, you consent to Member Mortgage Services, Ltd. collecting and using this information. If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page so you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
