Virtually
all of the first mortgage loan products described in the "Services" section
of this site are available to you as refinance choices. You can refinance
your old thirty year mortgage, for example, into a new fifteen year rate and
pay your home off in record time. Or you can pay off that old higher rate
loan with one of today's low rate ARM products, and reduce your monthly payment.
(Keep in mind that this might only make sense if you don't plan to stay in
your present home long-term. Consult your MMS loan officer for details and
advice.)
