I recently did a refinance with Chris Pugh at Member Mortgage Service. The service through the whole process was excellent. Chris took my application on my lunch hour and I got a call to set up the appraisal that night. The appraiser was at my home the next day. We closed within three weeks. I encountered one issue when a check issued to pay off my charge did not reach the bank. I called the title company and they immediately let me know they could over night a check to me and I could pay it at a local branch. The charge was paid off the next day. #excellent service
