Schedule your consultation.

Submit your application.
After you choose the type of mortgage you want to apply for, you can provide your documentation and fill out the application. We can walk you through it, answering any questions you have along the way.
Appraisal and underwriting.
Once you have submitted your application, you will be asked to provide additional documentation for verification’ (ie wages/earnings/savings etc.) At this point, underwriting will determine whether an appraisal is needed in certain instances an appraisal waiver may be issued, which will expedite the underwriting process.
Conditional approval.
Underwriting may request documentation such as recent change of job, recent increase in pay or source of down payment.
